Wie begegnen wir von links dem Appeal des Autoritären? Matinee im Rahmen der Konferenz "Good Night Far Right" der Rosa Luxemburg Stiftung. DE, ES, EN
Weltweit werden Herrschaft und Ausbeutung gewaltsamer. Anstatt sich zu wehren, bejubeln immer mehr Menschen den Angriff auf demokratische und soziale Rechte. Brauchen wir angesichts der Krise der neoliberalen Demokratie eine disruptive, autonome Linke, oder ein stärkeres Zusammengehen mit bürgerlichen Akteur*innen in Verteidigung demokratischer und Menschenrechte? Sind linke Mehrheiten noch möglich oder müssen wir uns auf eine extrem rechte Hegemonie einstellen – und wie reflektieren wir das strategisch? Wie begegnen wir von links dem Appeal des Autoritären?

Contestando el autoritarismo desde abajo
La dominación y la explotación son cada vez más violentas en todo el mundo. En lugar de contraatacar, cada vez más gente aplaude el ataque a los derechos democráticos y sociales. Ante la crisis de la democracia neoliberal, ¿necesitamos una izquierda disruptiva y autónoma o una alianza más fuerte con los actores burgueses en defensa de los derechos democráticos y humanos? ¿Sigue siendo una posibilidad la construcción de mayorías de izquierdas o tenemos que ajustarnos a una hegemonía de extrema derecha? Y ¿cómo reflejamos esto estratégicamente? ¿Cómo contrarrestar el atractivo del autoritarismo desde la izquierda?

Contesting Authoritarianism From Below
Acorss the world, domination and exploitation are becoming more violent. Instead of fighting back, more and more people are cheering the attack on democratic and social rights. In view of the crisis of neoliberal democracy, do we need a disruptive, autonomous left or stronger alliances with bourgeois actors in defence of democratic and human rights? Are left-wing majorities still possible or do we have to adjust to an extreme right-wing hegemony – and how do we reflect this strategically? How do we counter the appeal of authoritarianism from the left?
